What are your office hours?
Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Do you allow pets?
No, we are not a pet-friendly community. For information about ESA and Assistance Animals please contact our leasing office.
Are short term leases available?
No, we do not offer any short term leases. We currently only offer annual leases from August through July.
How close are you to campus?
The yoU is located right across the street from UNLV campus and is approximately 0.4 miles away from the UNLV Student Union.
Can I self-qualify for a lease?
Yes, you can self-qualify for a lease. If you are planning on applying without a guarantor there is a required refundable security deposit of $250 due within 14 days of signing your lease agreement. For questions about security deposits, please contact our leasing office.
When is my first payment due?
Your first installment is due no later than the first of August prior to move-in. E-checks will not be permitted 3 days prior to your move-in date.
How can I renew my lease?
You can renew your lease by contacting our leasing office, accepting your renewal offer sent to your email, requesting a renewal through your ResidentPortal, or by signing in person in our leasing office.
What amenities are included?
Our apartments feature modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Are utilities included in rent?
Water, sewer, and trash services are not included in your monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, water and trash services. Internet is included in the monthly rent.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes, you may bring your own furniture. We do not offer unfurnished units, however, for information about furniture removal please contact our leasing office.
How are roommates matched?
Roommates are matched by request and by application preferences. In the 'Roommates' section of the online application, list all of your roommate preferences in order to be matched as closely as possible.
What furniture pieces are included?
All floorplans come included with 1 queen-sized bed frame and mattress, a bedside table, a desk chair, coffe table, and 3 person couch. Studio Suites and Premium Studio Suites also include a sofa chair and ottomon in each bedroom.
What community amenities do you offer?
We offer a rooftop swimming pool & spa, 24-hour fitness center, study lounge, game room, outdoor grilling areas, and covered parking options.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer both covered and uncovered parking options. Covered parking is available for an additional monthly fee, while uncovered parking is included with the monthly rent.
